How do I know? I grew up in Syracuse, went to UB, spent 20 years at IBM in Yorktown Heights, NY (about 20 miles from Manhattan) and now live in PY. Believe me, they don't tnink about upstate down there. In fact, they think it is Canada. We are "rubes and hicks". Rochester use to be a very nice place when Buffalo was a pit (back in the 70's).
